Tenant requests come to the office. We dispatch the repair, and the cost shows up documented on your statement.

The property gets looked at on a set schedule, before small problems grow.
Year-end summary.
A summary of the year's income and expenses, ready to hand to your tax preparer. Then the loop starts again.
