Your rental, run like a business.

Most of our owners have one or two properties and a day job. We do the part that rings at dinner time.

What management covers.

The full cycle, from an empty property to a rented one to a well-kept one.

  • Leasing and screening Marketing the vacancy, showing it, and screening applicants before a lease is signed.
  • Rent collection Collection, posting, and the uncomfortable follow-up when rent is late.
  • Maintenance dispatch Tenant requests come to the office and go out to vendors. Costs are documented on your statement.
  • Owner statements A written statement on a set schedule, plus a year-end summary for your tax preparer.
  • Inspections Scheduled looks at the property, so small problems stay small.
  • Brokerage Ready to sell, or buying another rental? Same licensed office, same phone number.

What it costs.

Fees depend on the property and the number of units, so we do not print a one-size number here. Call for the current fee schedule. You will get a figure, not a pitch.

Arizona rules, handled.

Residential rentals here run under the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act: security deposits, notices, habitability, entry. Getting those wrong is expensive.

Cimarron is a licensed Arizona brokerage, so the office managing your property answers to the Department of Real Estate, not just to a contract.
