Renting from Cimarron.

Your home is managed by a local office with a phone that gets answered. Here is how to use it.

Something needs fixing.

Call the office at (520) 888-3883 and describe the problem: what it is, where it is, and how bad. We dispatch repairs to vendors and keep the owner in the loop.

  • Leaks, no heat, no cooling Call as soon as you notice. In a Tucson summer, cooling problems are urgent and treated that way.
  • After hours Call the same number. Outside office hours, leave a clear message with your address and callback number. For gas smells or fire, call 911 first.

Rent and your lease.

  • Paying rent Payment options vary by lease. Call the office for the current options for your home.
  • Lease questions Renewals, roommates, pets, moving out: ask before you act, and get the answer in writing.
  • Your rights Arizona rentals run under the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act. We follow it, on both sides of the lease.

Looking for a home?

Availability changes week to week and we do not post listings here yet. Call the office for what is open now and what screening requires.

One number does it.

Maintenance, rent, applications, questions. Weekdays are best.
